Horrible glitch messed up my 5 years of tracking

Im so disappointed! I have been using this app since 2011 and I loved it so much! I relied on it for my period tracking cause it always gets it right. But just a few months ago (when you guys rolled out the new design+update), I encountered this horrible glitch that messed up my 5 years of tracking!!!! The app magically input periods, notes, spotting, intimate data on my months! My whole entire month chart looked like a pictograph cause all of the boxes have entries! Im not even sure when my "real" period started. Until up to this day, Im still trying to figure out my "real" period data but Im at this point that Ill just have to let that 5 years of tracking go. Even restoring my back ups (dated a year ago) didnt work because they are glitched too. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!! 5 YEARS!!! :(
